From time to time, I’ll publish musings, (well, OK, it’s more likely to be a rant, but…), grouped into one of these five categories:

1. On the plate

5. [mostly] rants and [rarely] raves

My intent is to celebrate those who exemplify, (IMHO), true commitment to their craft, highlight particularly well-executed spaces where we – the humble consumer – can enjoy the fruits of their labor, and finally to savor the very thing they put before us, be it on the plate or in the glass.

Lastly, woe be to those who seek to pervert any/all of the first four – I’ve reserved this last group just for you – again, you’ve been warned…
